What happens when children stop wondering whether their art is ‘correct? They begin to play and create. Creative Quotient (CQ), a two-day festival by ArtyCurate in association with Museum of Solutions (MuSo), brings that instinct back through its theme, The Art of Play.
The festival is curated by ArtyCurate founders and art college friends, Heetal Dattani, Bhavana Phul, and Ruchita Dar Shah, who believe formal learning and the growing influence of technology can sometimes overshadow children’s natural creativity. Here, folk artists and contemporary practitioners come together and encourage young visitors to move from watching art, to making it.
