If you have always wanted to try your hand at woodwork, this workshop might be a good start. Open to beginners above the age of 16, it will be conducted by Vaibhav Chhabra, a mechanical engineer with a passion for carpentry. Participants will spend two days building a magazine stand, and get to know about hand and power tools. The workshop also aims to address the problem of space crunch with flat-pack designs, which can be reassembled, transformed and carried.Chhabra says, "I want to take people through the journey of carpentry."
