Ballia (UP): A case has been registered against a youth for allegedly raping a 20-year-old girl here on the pretext of marriage.

The victim today lodged a complaint against the youth at City Kotwali police station here, accusing him of rape, physical abuse and issuing life threats, Superintendent of Police, Anis Ansari said.
