Balrampur: A 21-year-old woman was strangulated to death allegedly by her husband for dowry in Utraula area, police said today.
Parveen was killed by her husband Saddam and two others for dowry in Kolhui Binnu village late last evening, they
said.
Police said that a case had been registered against three persons in this connection.
