Himachal Pradesh Director General of Police (DGP) B Kamal Kumar said that a special investigating team headed by IG Range has begun its probe into the matter.

"Three men have committed this rape. One of them (the accused) is a truck driver. This incident took place in Vashist village, in Manali. They (members of a special investigating team) have already started the investigation. We have also arrested the three accused persons," Kumar told ANI in Shimla.
