Pallavi was carrying her son Pradyumna who was wearing a gold chain weighing six grams. Citing an opportunity, Gaikwad snatched this chain following which Pallavi cried for help. I was near the spot when I heard her cry for help and chased Gaikwad. Traffic constable Ugale and Thite, who were also present at a distance, started chasing the him following which Gaikwad was nabbed.&rdquo;u00a0The gold chain was recovered from Gaikwad&rsquo;s pocket. &ldquo;He works as a labourer in Chakan and his presence in the area is highly suspicious. We suspect of him being involved several chain-snatching incidents in the area,&rdquo; Bhosale said. u00a0
