Maharashtra: MD drug factory busted in Telangana by MBVV cops, narcotics worth Rs 20.72 crore seized

The investigation began on April 4, 2026, when Nayanagar Police raided a flat in Chheda Adarsh Building in Mira Road East and seized 1.324 kg of MD drugs worth Rs 2.66 crore

The Crime Detection Branch (CDB) of the Mira-Bhayandar, Vasai-Virar (MBVV) Police Commissionerate has busted a large-scale MD (Mephedrone) drug manufacturing factory operating from a farmhouse in Telangana's Sangareddy district.
According to the police, the officials seized narcotics, precursor chemicals and sophisticated laboratory equipment collectively valued at Rs 20.72 crore during the operation.
