In a joint operation involving multiple police agencies, drugs worth Rs 28 lakh were recovered from a farmhouse in Palghar district. 

The Palghar Police, Wada police along with Gujarat’s Ahmedabad ATS squad carried out a joint raid and recovered around 550 kgs of mandrax from the farmhouse.

Chemicals and equipment used for making the drugs were also recovered.
