An unknown Facebook user has been booked by the Andheri police for using unparliamentary language against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his mother, Heeraben Modi. The Facebook user also called Narendra Modi 'anti-national' in his controversial post on the social media website.

An FIR was registered on April 17, 2019, after a complaint was received from a BJP Yuva Morcha worker about the incident. The complainant, in his complaint, has named a Congress worker from Mumbai as the man behind the Facebook account who allegedly shared the controversial post on the social media platform.
