Mumbai: 22-year-old man dies after group brutally assaults him, attacks with sharp weapon in Mahim; 5 held

Police officials said that most of the accused persons have already been taken into custody and further probe was underway. Teams have been formed to trace and detain the remaining accused, who is currently absconding

A 22-year-old man died after he was allegedly brutally assaulted him in Mumbai's Mahim area, an official said, adding that five people were held in the matter so far.
The deceased was also attacked with a sharp weapon.
