Man arrested for operating security agency sans licence

The Sahakarnagar police have arrested Santosh Sambhaji Jorvar, a resident of Ambegaon Pathar, on charges of running a security guard provider agency without a valid licence
Police got to know about Jorvar’s unlicensed agency while investigating a theft case, which occurred at the Ahilyadevi Chowk on C D Deshmukh Road on September 23.
Jorvar has been booked under section 188 of Indian Penal Code, section 20(1)(2) of the Private Security Agency (Regulation) Act 2005 and other relevant sections of the Bombay Police Act, said police inspector Kamlakar Takawale.u00a0
