A 23-year-old man was arrested for allegedly raping a two-year-old girl in his neighbourhood in the city, said police Sunday. During investigations, police discovered that the girl was last seen Saturday evening with Vijender. The accused told police that he raped the girl in his home and left her unconscious. A medical examination of the victim, who is in a critical condition, confirmed rape.
