Security guard of an Andra MLA was arrested after he was allegedly caught filming a woman having bath.

u00a0security guard of Narasapur MLA in West Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh was Monday taken into custody after he allegedly filmed a woman on his cell phone while she was taking bath, police said.
