The Joint Commissioner of Mumbai Police (Crime), Milind Bhambre, in a press conference, said that 3 men have been arrested for touching women inappropriately in private place and uploading the videos on social media.

He added that the accused also blackmailed and threatened them. They even extorted money through similar means and have earned Rs 2 crore from it.
