The police on Tuesday arrested Sunit Waghmare, brother of Congress spokesperson Raju Waghmare after a rape case was registered against him.

Based on the victim's statement, Bhoiwada police had registered the case. Later, the case was transferred to Lonavala police station under zero FIR.
