Mumbai crime: 32-year-old man held at Lower Parel station for flashing, doing obscene gestures at woman

As per Mumbai Central Government Railway Police (GRP), the victim travels daily from Lower Parel to Churchgate via local train and the man had been flashing at her for the last eight to 10 days

A 32-year-old man was arrested from Lower Parel station on Monday for flashing his private parts and doing obscene gestures at a woman.

The accused, identified as Shamshad Mumtaz Ansari, is a resident of Kurla’s Indira Nagar.
