Mumbai Crime: Gang apprehended for stealing tempos filled with gas cylinders in Lower Parel

During the investigation, the police came to know that a similar theft had taken place within the jurisdiction of the Tardeo police

The NM Joshi Marg Police have arrested a gang who used to steal only three-wheeler tempos filled with gas cylinders and sell them in the black market. Two cases are registered against this gang. 

According to the information received from the police, a tempo was stolen on June 24, which had 20 cylinders. In this case, Mangilal Siyaz, 33, had lodged a complaint with the NM Joshi Marg police station on the basis of which the police was investigating the matter. During the investigation, the police came to know that a similar theft had taken place within the jurisdiction of the Tardeo police.
