<p>Three people were arrested from Antop Hill by the <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/mumbai/mumbai-crime-news/article/malwani-man-booked-twice-for-same-offence-23209341" target="_blank" rel="none noopener">Mumbai</a> Crime Branch on Wednesday night with drugs worth Rs 16 crore.</p>
<p>According to crime branch, based on specific information, three people were detained from Antop Hill area and later taken into custody as they were found in a possession of 16.100 kg of synthetic drug Methaqualone worth Rs 16 crore.</p>
<p>&nbsp;&ldquo;The accused have been nabbed and further investigation is being conducted to ascertain the source and beneficiaries of the drug,&rdquo; said Neelotpal, DCP detection of Mumbai Crime Branch.</p>
<p>An FIR has been registered against the trio under relevant sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.</p><p>
