Mumbai Metro molestation case: Kandivali cops nab suspect while on way to West Bengal

According to police, the incident took place on May 29, when the minor girl was in a lift at a metro station. The man allegedly took advantage of the situation when no one else was present inside the lift and committed an inappropriate act

The Kandivali Police in Mumbai on Thursday said that it arrested the man allegedly involved in the Mumbai Metro molestation case. The accused was held while on his way to his home town in West Bengal, officials said.
He was held by a team of police officials after conducting an extensive investigation involving CCTV footage and interstate coordination.
