Two critically injured after tree falls on auto rickshaw from under construction building in Mumbai’s Khar

Those injured were travelling in the auto rickshaw when the tree suddenly collapsed onto the vehicle. A 15-year-old girl and her 21-year-old friend suffered serious injuries in the accident, while another 19-year-old passenger escaped with minor injuries, officials said

Two including a 15-year-old girl sustained critical injuries after a large tree fell onto an auto rickshaw in Mumbai’s Khar (West) area on Sunday evening, officials said.

According to a police complaint, the incident took place at around 5.30 pm near Linking Road, close to a bus stop beside an under-construction building, police said.
