Dabholkar murder: Bombay HC grants bail to convict Sachin Andure, suspends life sentence

The Bombay High Court has granted bail to Sachin Andure, convicted in the 2013 murder of rationalist Narendra Dabholkar, and suspended his life sentence. Andure, who is also facing trial in the Govind Pansare murder case, can now walk out of jail

The Bombay High Court (HC) on Tuesday granted bail to Sachin Andure, who was convicted in the 2013 murder case of rationalist Narendra Dabholkar, news agency PTI reported.
A bench of Justices Sarang Kotwal and Ranjitsinha Bhonsale also suspended the life sentence imposed on Andure by a sessions court in 2024.
