Panaji man held for winking at woman while driving

Panaji: Police arrested a man, Fernando Dias, 26, for continuously winking at a woman while driving, an official said.

Dias, a resident of upscale Miramar area in Panaji, has been booked for outraging the modesty of a woman, according to assistant sub-inspector Anant Gaonkar.

“The woman was driving when the accused drove alongside her. Dias then started driving parallel to her for some distance and kept harassing her by winking during that time,” Gaonkar said.
