Mumbai Police slap stringent MCOCA charges against gangster Zulfikar Behlim, 11 others in Rs 25 lakh extortion case

Mumbai Police have invoked the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) against alleged gangster Zulfikar Yasin Behlim, his brother Mohsin Behlim and 10 other associates in connection with a Rs 25 lakh extortion case, police said on Wednesday.
The action was taken by Mumbai Crime Branch's Unit 9 following an investigation into an alleged organised crime syndicate operating in the Bandra area.
