Officials from Mundhwa police station arrested a Russian national for assaulting a security guard of Citadel Enclave Society located on B T Kavde Road and manhandling police officials while they were taking him into custody on Monday around 3 am.

The 26-year-old Russian, Rivera, was in an inebriated state when he hurled abuses and started assaulting the guard on the society premises.
