Singh said that Sisodiya was arrested on the basis of a complaint lodged by the victim, who hails from Patna. &quot;The victim complained about Sisodiya&#39;s misbehaviour and vulgar comment during the train journey and his attempt to sexually abuse her,&quot; he said.
