Palghar (Mumbai): An accused in a theft case escaped from police lock up on Saturday. Rizwan Manir (28) of Dahisar was arrested by Local Crime Branch on Friday in connection with a theft incident of 2012 and was lodged at Nalla Sopara police station at around 6 pm, a police official said.
