Gorakhpur: A woman was burnt alive by a youth in Shivpur village of the district, police said today. 40-year-old Meera and her two children, Khushbu (14) and Mallu (12) were sleeping last night when a youth entered their house.

The youth tied Meera's hands and legs and burnt her alive, police said.
