Ghaziabad: A 26-year-old woman was found dead under mysterious circumstances in Bazaria area here, police said today. Shabana Khan, a resident of Zafrabad, was found hanging from a ceiling fan yesterday under suspicious circumstances, they said.

Police today arrested the victim's husband Sameer and mother-in-law Saira Khan following a complaint registered by her father. According to Sameer, who runs a medical shop, Shabana's body was discovered by his cousin sister yesterday who came to meet her when no other members of the family were present at home.
