Moga: A 13-year-old mentally challenged girl was allegedly kidnapped and raped by a youth at Dharamkot village in this district, police said on Tuesday.

Sukhwinder Singh, 30, allegedly kidnapped the mentally challenged girl, who also couldn't speak, and raped her at a field in Dharamkot village yesterday, they said.
