Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray will not participate in the all-party meeting called by the state government today to resolve the loudspeaker dispute, said MNS leader Sandeep Deshpande, who, along with party members Bala Nandgaonkar and Nitin Sardesai, will attend the meeting.
