The Mumbai police has invoked the stringent MCOCA (Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act) against a 30-year-old man who has more than 30 criminal cases against him in police records. The accused, identified as Prem alias Chotu Suresh Ulendala from Chembur, was spreading terror in the area.
