Anti-Corruption DG says truth prevailed

State Anti-Corruption Director General Suprakash Chakraborty is a happy man today. Soon after the HC set aside the appointment of A N Roy, Chakraborty told MiD DAY, "I am happy that truth has been prevailed and am happy that the court has given me justice not once, but twice."
State Anti-Corruption Director General Suprakash Chakraborty is a happy man today. Soon after the Bombay HC set aside the appointment of A N Roy, Chakraborty told MiD DAY, "I am happy that truth has been prevailed and am happy that the court has given me justice not once, but twice."
Chakraborty added that it was he who first filed the petition challenging Roy's appointment as state DGP with the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) and that the CAT passed an order setting aside appointment of Roy.
