After listening to arguments over the acceptance and denial of Poonam Bhagat’s Anticipatory Bail Application (ABA) for a week, the sessions court granted her bail yesterday. Poonam has been asked not to leave Mumbai.

Poonam Bhagat had applied for bail after her husband industrialist Jaidev Shroff filed an FIR against her at Khar Police station, accusing her of spiking his drink with a mysterious powder on the advice of Sufi.
