Do


>>  Carry your Voter ID card to your designated polling station
>>  Carry your Voter Information Slip issued by the civic body
>>  If you do not have a voter slip, it will be available at the polling station on voting day
>>  You may carry any one of the following valid identity documents:



>> Aadhaar card
>> MNREGA job card
>> Passbook with photo
>> Driving licence
>> Service identity card issued to state or central government staff
>> PAN card
>> Passport
>> Pension document with photograph
>> Smart card issued by Registrar General of India under NPR
>>  Health insurance smart card issued by the Ministry of Labour
>>  Official identity cards issued to MPs, MLAs, or MLCs

Polling stations are equipped with drinking water, ramps, and wheelchairs for senior citizens and persons with disabilities. Ask officials for assistance if needed

Don’t

>> Do not carry mobile phones inside polling stations. If unavoidable, ensure they are switched off
>> Do not carry flammable items or sharp objects such as lighters or pocket knives
>> Do not spread or believe rumours
>> Candidates may greet voters door to door without distributing pamphlets, but no such activity is permitted within 100 metres of polling stations
