BMC, WR clash over footpath

The Road Over Bridges (ROBs) near Jogeshwari and the upcoming Oshiwara station, are stuck in limbo because the Western Railways (WR) and the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) are at loggerheads about the project.
