Former Maharashtra Deputy Chief&nbsp;Minister Chhagan Bhujbal, admitted to the ICU of state-run St&nbsp;George Hospital here after he initially complained of&nbsp;toothache, will be discharged in two or three days.
The veteran NCP leader was arrested in a&nbsp;money-laundering by the Enforcement Directorate about a month&nbsp;ago.

"Bhujbal was shifted from ICU to normal ward this&nbsp;morning after his reports were found to be normal. But we will&nbsp;conduct 'holter monitoring' test after which we will take&nbsp;final call (about discharging). He is expected to be&nbsp;discharged in two-three days," head of medicine unit at the&nbsp;hospital Dr Rohan Sequira said.
Bhujbal's blood pressure was normal and he was under&nbsp;constant monitoring of a team of doctors from St George and JJ&nbsp;Hospitals, Dr Sequira said.
"A team of cardiologists from JJ Hospital had come to&nbsp;examine him. When he was brought to the hospital, his blood&nbsp;pressure was 180/120, way beyond the normal 120/90," he said.
A probe into Bhujbal's admission to St George instead&nbsp;of the mandated JJ Hospital (also govt-run) has revealed that&nbsp;a doctor at the Arthur Road Jail manipulated papers to help&nbsp;the jailed leader.
Dr Rahul Ghule, accused of fudging Bhujbal's case&nbsp;papers, was subsequently shifted out of the Arthur Road jail&nbsp;and sent back to the state Health department and strict action&nbsp;was recommended against him.
Bipin Kumar Singh, IG Prisons, said that Bhujbal was&nbsp;supposed to go to St George Hospital for a dental treatment,&nbsp;but Ghule changed medical papers and recommended that he be&nbsp;admitted there for some other reason.
