At around 8.30 pm, the trio had an altercation with one Fakruddin Mohammad Shaikh over parking of a vehicle. The trio got annoyed and in a fit of the anger, picked up an iron rod from a nearby automobile shop and attacked Shaikh following which he died, police said. Later, police arrested Uttekar and his two relatives and registered an offence against them under section 302 (murder) of IPC. The accused police officer also filed a complaint against the deceased for rioting and attempting to murder him, police added.u00a0
