In an heartening development, a Mumbai policeman attached to the Sahar police station received a grand welcome as he returned home after successfully overcoming coronavirus. The success story of the cop was shared by Mumbai Police on their official Twitter handle on the eve of Mothers Day.

Taking to the micro-blogging site, Mumbai Police shared the inspiring video in which the police constable is seen walking towards his home as his colleagues welcome him by showering flower petals amid chants of 'Bharat Mata Ki Jai'. The video which begins with the text 'Homecoming' talks about the police constable testing positive and undergoing treatment at Seven Hills Hospital in Mumbai.
