A local court on Sunday came down heavily on Versova Police and a girl who had filed a false molestation case against her boyfriend in a fit of anger on Saturday.

When the police presented the accused in court seeking custody, the girl asked the judge to quash her FIR and that was when the judge told her to not waste the court’s precious time and warned to take action against her. The accused was sent to two days’ police custody.
