Former Maharashtra minister Dr Daulatrao Aher has quit NCP and rejoined BJP.

Aher, who was Health Minister in the Sena-BJP regime in Maharashtra during the 90s, was welcomed into the party fold by BJP general secretary Gopinath Munde and state BJP president Nitin Gadkari at a function at city BJP office in central Mumbai late Tuesday night.
