Mumbai sessions court judge C A Jadhav Tuesday framed charges against Kannada actresss Maria Susairaj (28)and her naval officer-fiance Emile Jerome Mathew (27) for allegedly murdering her friend and media executive Neeraj Grover (25) on May 7, 2008. u00a0 The two accused have been charged under Section 120(b) for conspiracy to kill Grover, under section 302 for murder and under section 201 for destroying evidence and Section 34 for common intention under the Indian Penal Code. u00a0 The police state Neeraj Grover, creative head of TV production house Synergy Adlabs was allegedly killed by Susairaj and Jerome on May 7, 2008 at Susairaj's residence. The duo later chopped the body to pieces and burnt it at an isolated spot at Manor in Thane.
