David Headley may have passed on info gathered during meeting with 5 men who conducted business, smuggling through water
A few months before last year's terror attacks, David Headley had met a few men who could've shared knowledge about the sea route that the terrorists eventually took to reach Mumbai on November 26.
Intelligence sources say those people are in the business of transporting fuel through water routes.
Headley met three people at a hotel on Mohammad Ali Road through a person he knew. The mediator was deported from Mumbai to Singapore three years ago, but has been a regular visitor to the city with his uncle.
The man used to help in the smuggling of fake currency through water.
"The three men, the mediator, his uncle and Headley were present at the meeting. The men also took him to various locations in Mumbai like Mazagaon that line the sea.
