The Maharashtra government on Monday rolled out a new digital platform for the Chief Minister’s Medical Assistance Fund (CMMAF), alongside plans to establish a centralised monitoring “war room” aimed at integrating multiple health schemes and improving the delivery of financial aid to patients.

Speaking at the launch event at Sahyadri Guest House, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said the fund is evolving beyond a financial assistance mechanism into a coordinated platform linking patients, hospitals and the government.
