The National Investigation Agency (NIA) file a chargesheet on Monday against the four Malwani youths who fled home to join the Islamic State terror group. The NIA said one of them was planning to kill Akhil Bhartiya Hindu Mahasabha leader Kamlesh Tiwari.
The four accused — two arrested (Rizwan Ahmed and Mohsin Ibrahim Sayyed) and two absconding (Ayaz Mohammed and Yusuf Al Hindi alias Shafi Armar) — listed in the chargesheet are booked for conspiracy and relevant sections of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).
