In a shocking incident, a 10-year-old boy was found stripped naked and tied to a tree by the Juhu police on Monday. The child was tied up by his family as a means of punishment.
The Police intervened in the case after a resident of the tata Colony, where the family lived, brought it to their attention. According to the witness, the young boy was crying incessantly for over 45 minutes.

I finally went to my balcony and saw that he had been stripped naked and tied to a tree. There were four to five other young boys who were standing there and doing nothing while he cried."
