Poor road monitoring has once again put the spotlight on the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) after serious wear and tear was found on the new bus lane, which replaced a portion of the Rs 6.48 crore cycle track at BKC.

According to sources, the damage was caused due to autorickshaws and private vehicles, which have begun using the lane.
