Foreign link angle probed in Mumbai's Mira Road stabbing case

Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said authorities are probing a possible foreign link in the Mira Road stabbing case, as the accused had travelled abroad. The Anti-Terrorism Squad and central agencies are examining his background, online activity, and travel history for signs of radicalisation

Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Tuesday said investigators are probing a possible foreign link in the Mira Road stabbing case, noting that the accused had stayed abroad. He said, “officials are examining whether this travel is connected to suspected radicalisation”, adding that further investigation will reveal more details.
