Tweeting about Jain monk Tarun Sagar has landed Vishal Dadlani and Congress supporter Tehseen Poonawalla in trouble. A complaint has been filed against the two at Chembur Police Station for hurting religious sentiments of the Jain community. The two had tweeted about the monk after he delivered an address in the Haryana Assembly. Sagar is a monk from the Digambar sect of Jainism. Digambar monks do not wear any clothing. Consequently, Sagar was in the nude when he addressed the Assembly on Friday.
