A 34-year-old woman, wife of actor Sumeet Raghavan nabbed a masturbating pervert at the Marine Drive promenade on Friday night. The Marine Drive police have arrested the accused, identified as Rupak Akshad, 24, and he will be produced in the court today. The woman was there with her friends and the group was seated opposite the Intercontinental Hotel around 10 pm, she noticed the man staring at her. "At first, I ignored him thinking him he was randomly looking at us. But then, I noticed he was not only stalking us but also masturbating," said the woman.
