The collection paid tribute to the modern Indian bride who yearns to be a globetrotter. Renouncing everything that is mundane, she picks up her scarves, glittery backpacks, shimmery skull bags and set out on a journey.

The collection was created and curated as a meticulous travel plan for her. The evening saw Delhi&rsquo;s power set in full attendance &mdash; Pernia Qureshi, Kalyani Chawla, Bharti Kher and Subodh Gupta, Anupam Poddar, and Dimple Poddar including friends from the fashion fraternity &mdash; Sunil Sethi, Rohit Gandhi &amp; Rahul Khanna, and Malini Ramani.

Restaurateur Sudheer Bahl&rsquo;s son, 22-year-old Ishaan Bahl has debuted with this new space, joining hands with Sunny Sara, Shashi Thadani and Ritik Bhasin. While Bahl senior put Khyber on the food map, it will be interesting to see if the young entrepreneur will follow suit.
145 will whip up global comfort food, with a noon to moon concept. Designed by well-known interior designer duo, Busride Brothers, the venture will boast of a menu that is designed to offer an affordable experience for Mumbai&rsquo;s discerning foodies.

The ongoing exhibition, curated by Ram Rahman showcases a stunning collection of vintage photograph portraits by the founder of the iconic India Photo Studio, Mumbai, Jethalal H Thakker (1923-2003).
He landed in Mumbai post Partition as a refugee from Karachi in 1947. and set up iconic studio in Dadar next to the Chitra Cinema. The current exhibition will, for the first time, display sets that Thakker created in film studios.
These frames offer fascinating insight into how films were created in studio sets before digital rendering and manipulation was introduced. Displayed through these unique, vintage silver-gelatin prints, this style is unmatched even in the studio portrait tradition of Hollywood or the other film cultures in India &mdash; Madras, Hyderabad and Calcutta. The exhibition will continue till January 2016.
